We are dedicated to maintaining the quality and authenticity of our products. In the rare case that you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please email us at neezajewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Returns must be initiated, and the item(s) must be returned within 4 days of receipt. The items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) were damaged during shipping.

Can I exchange/refund my item/s?

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind or if the item does not meet your needs. Each product listing provides detailed specifications to assist you in making an informed purchase.

Please Note - Returns will not include shipping fees if you paid for shipping.
